staged and he was very happy with the results. We decided to take his advice and it turned out to be a great decision.
Not only is Berit professional and easy to get along with, she has, in our humble opinion, incredibly good taste.
She suggested a number of minor fixes and improvements we should make and selected the colour scheme for repainting. We were
selling a large Victorian style house with 10 foot ceilings and Berit wanted to emphasize that, so she suggested we refinish
the hardwood floors with an dark, ebony stain.
Berit also picked new light fixtures for the entire house.
We were impressed with how beautiful they looked even though they were quite inexpensive.
When the
work was completed, Berit moved in her staging crew and set up the furniture, draperies and accessories, all of which were
included in her service. Showing wonderful attention to detail, she arranged candles and throw-cushions and an assortment
of lovely nicknacks throughout the house. The total transformation was something to behold.
Aside from how
fabulous everything looked, we were relieved at how careful Berit was to ensure that we spent as little as possible to maximize
our return. Here’s the kicker: we sold the house in two days for 107.2% of the asking price. We would recommend Berit
to anyone, in a heartbeat.
