Together we will
do a room to room walk-through of your home viewing it through a potential buyer's critical eye. The initial consultation
usually takes 2-3 hours.
The goal of this consultation is to give you a solid plan for the changes
that need to be done in every room of your home. We suggest that you takes
notes so you create your own personal checklist, and then together we will prioritise them in order of importance.
With
these recommendations, you can choose how much you want to do on your own and how much you want our help with.
This means that sometimes
our participation stops here and at other times, we will stay involved.
